Peter Horn, Senior Pastor
Peter is married to Lisa. They have three children, two in college and one in Leander High School. He received his BA in Biblical Studies from The Criswell College. In addition to his ministry experience, Peter worked for 10 years in the financial services industry as a Certified Financial Planner.

Jeff Johnson, Worship Pastor
Jeff is married to Leslie and they have two energetic kids; Jared (5) and Laura (2). Jeff is an Austin native who graduated from the University of Texas with a Business degree. He works closely with the worship, sound, and tech teams and is also working to build relationships with other churches in our community in order to increase our Community Impact. |

Erika Mott, Office Manager
Erika is married to Bob and has two beautiful teenage daughters, Alex and Shelby. She assists all of our ministries in helping to carry out plans and accomplish our goals. This includes many different administrative roles.

Terri Newby, Children's Ministry Director
Terri attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University where she met her husband, Bryan. After marriage, Terri relocated to the Austin area where she received her BS in education from the University of Texas. She taught five years in Leander ISD prior to having three children, Paige, Brooke and Cole. Terri has served in a variety of Children's ministry positions over the last 20 years fueling her passion for life-change in children and families.

Bobby Shaw, Organizational Development Director
Bobby is married to Evan and they have four great kids; Jordan, Joey, Jamisyn, and Jentry. Bobby works closely with ministry leaders and staff to ensure people, resources and systems are in place to accomplish our vision of reaching every man, woman, and child in Greater Leander with the life- changing reality of Jesus. Bobby and his family relocated to Cedar Park in 2005 and he also works in the marketplace as a Regional Director for Chipotle Mexican Grill. |

David Sheppard, Associate Pastor
David is married to Katherine and they have two great children Alexandra 13 and Jared 10. David graduated from William Jessup University with Bachelor degrees in Theology and Christian leadership. Currently he is pursuing a Masters in Apologetics from Biola University. David serves in Student and Small Group Ministry.
