Peter is our Senior Pastor, and also serves as the only perpetual Elder on our Elder Board.

Steve is married to Michelle, they both went to school and grew up in Austin, moved to Leander in 1997. They have two children, Collin and Makenna. Steve and Michelle both serve in Children's Ministry, Michelle in the nursery area and Steve with the 3rd. grade class. Steve has worked in the industrial electrical field specializing in the installation and service of all electrical equipment. He is employed by the University Of Texas working for the Utilities Department Power Plant and Chilling Station Division as an Electrical & Instrumentation Technician.

Autumn is married to Jay and they have two adventurous teenage sons, Keegan and Tristan. Autumn supports the Children's, Student and Community Group Ministry staff in addition to other administrative duties.

Peter is married to Lisa. They have three children. Two of them, Jared & Jami, are out of college and living/working in the Dallas area and one, Jessi, is in college. Peter received his BA in Biblical Studies from The Criswell College. In addition to his ministry experience, Peter worked for 10 years in the financial services industry as a Certified Financial Planner.

Jeff is married to Leslie and they have two energetic kids; Jared and Laura. Jeff is an Austin native who graduated from the University of Texas with a Business degree. He works closely with the worship, sound, and tech teams and is also working to build relationships with other churches in our community in order to increase our Community Impact.

Erika is married to Bob and they have two beautiful teenage daughters, Alex and Shelby. She keeps our office running smoothly and assists our ministries in helping to carry out plans and accomplish our goals. This includes many different administrative roles.

Conor is married to Candy and they have three young and lively kids: Darby, Kyler and Carson. He is from Austin and has worked with teens and families in various capacities for over ten years. In addition, Conor has a BS in Bible from Philadelphia Biblical University with a certificate in Youth Ministries.

Susan is married to Mark and they have four wonderful kids, Reed, Kyle, Luke and Annie. They have been a part of HCBC Leander since we first opened our doors. Susan has been part of the Children's Ministry Leadership Team from the beginning. She was born and raised in Texas, and graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. Susan and Mark have called Leander home since 2000.

Meredith is married to Mike and they have three energetic kids: Ryland, Karis, and Jaxon. They have been a part of HCBC Leander Children's Ministry for the past five years. Meredith is a native Texan and has called Leander home since 2002.

Jonathan is married to Carrie, they both went to school at University of Mobile in Mobile, AL and, moved to Leander in 2007. They have two children, Noah and Mikayla. Jonathan serves in Children's Worship Ministry. Carrie is in private practice as a Marriage and Family Counselor. Jonathan has worked in the software programming industry for 18 years. He is employed by Supply Logistics Solutions, a logistics supply software company, as a Senior Software Engineer.

Ron is married to Tammy, and they have two wonderful daughters; Keri and Kara. Ron and Tammy have lived in West Texas most of their lives and moved to Leander in 2008.
